1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk6 online gaming platform available at pk6.plus.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, making a deposit or playing any game on the pk6 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk6 platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk6. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and payment details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk6 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify pk6 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not use another person's account under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person — including family members — to use your pk6 account.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so that account communications reach you without delay.

pk6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms is identified, with or without prior notice depending on the nature of the breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on pk6 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk6 balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect within a short period; bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified method registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard, with VIP members benefiting from priority processing.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the receiving account must be in your name.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. See Section 5.
• pk6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Repeated failed withdrawal attempts due to incorrect account details provided by the player are the player's responsibility.
• pk6 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and event-tied promotions connected to Cricket seasons, PSL fixtures and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements : All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for gameplay on eligible games as specified in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution percentages are stated in individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
